About FEST

At the great joy and satisfaction of hundreds of thousands of FEST spectators, the Serbian culture and cinematography, the Assembly of Belgrade (the founder of FEST), the Ministry of Culture (sponsor of the festival), Serbia and our former and future esteemed sponsors, the FEST Directorate is proud to announce that – owing to outstanding cooperation with domestic and many foreign companies and partners – three months before the beginning of the 35 th FEST, it was able to ensure the bulk of its festival program!

In Belgrade halls: SAVA CENTAR (SC), Dvorana Doma sindikata, Kulturni centar Beograda, as well as in the Museum of the Yugoslav Cinematheque and Faculty of Drama Arts (FDU) – starting with the gala projections (SC at 19.30 and 22h), over important program lines in other cinema halls, or popular FEST matinees in all halls, FEST will show a total of 250 festival projections and the premiere of about 89 new significant international films, as well as certain achievements as homage and retrospective films, and other accompanying programs. We shall also inform you on time about other artistic and multimedia programs of FEST, such as concerts and exhibitions.

Expecting near a hundred esteemed international guests (authors, actors, producers, critics, film and festival officials), FEST will carry on its B2B program, along with a competition program involving eight film in the framework of the „Europe out of Europe “ program.
